When you book an appointment, the psychologist reserves the whole hour especially for you.
We also send out a reminder SMS with the date and time of your consultation 48 hours prior to your appointment to assist you in attending your appointment.
Appointments at our clinic are in high demand. A late cancellation of an appointment:
- represents lost time for the psychologist allocated time to prepare for your session
- takes a spot away from another client who is urgently waiting to see the psychologist
- is a loss for you, as it affects your progress with your treatment
Therefore, we have a cancellation policy in place.

Please read this cancellation policy carefully before you book your appointment.
It is essential you understand this policy and that you are comfortable with it before proceeding with your appointment. You are solely responsible for paying the full cancellation cost.

Cancellation fees cannot be claimed through private health insurance, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover or the Insurance Commission of WA.
In accordance with the cancellation policy, we require your credit card details to hold your appointment.
